Definitions
Active Status
Income centers are considered Active and qualified to participate in this part of the business opportunity when they have fulfilled the defined requirements. See ‘Active Status’ under ‘Business Rules for details.
CV – Commissionable Volume
CV(commissionable value) is 50 % value of the volume of any purchased packages.
for example: The basic package cost 600 Euro.In this example the CV is 300 points
Maximum of 65 % from the overall system volume is paid in the binary commissions.
Member
A member is a person that has enrolled with the company, wishes to build Downline(s), and participates in the compensation plan. Members pay wholesale prices for products.
Downline
Refers to positions in the genealogy below a specific income center in the genealogy.
Fiscal Periods
Fiscal periods define the start and stop dates for each commission period and are identified in the detail section of this writeup.
Weekly periods will run 7 calendar days in duration; e.g. Monday through Sunday. Monthly periods will begin on the first calendar day of a month and end on the last calendar day of that same month; e.g. April 1 to April 30.
Frontline
Refers to an income center’s first level of Downline.
Generation
A generation is defined as all members in a leg of downline down to, but not including the next member of equal or higher rank in the leg. each leg of the downline is assessed separately.
GV – Group Volume
Group Volume. When used, GV is the sum total Sales Volume present in an income centers downline, down to the level specified under Total Downline Sales in the commission period being processed.
Income Center
An income center is a position in the organization that can build Downlines and participates in the compensation plan. Within this system, there will be a 1:1 relationship between distributor and income center records. I.e. the term distributor and income center could be used interchangeably unless metalife.family opts to introduce multi- packs in the future. Qualifications and benefits are calculated independently for each income center position.
Levels
Levels refer to layers of Downline. Those income centers that an individual is the placement sponsor of comprise the first level (or frontline). Those placed under one’s own frontline comprise the second level and so forth and so on. An income center’s own volume is not counted as being in any of its Downline levels. Customer volume is applied to that of its sponsoring income center in order to determine the position/level in the Downline that it falls in.
PV – Personal Volume
Stands for Personal Volume. PV is the sum total of the sales volume made by a particular income center and is based on the commission period being processed.
Rank
A rank is a name that represents the achievement of qualifications and benefits within the compensation structure. Income centers must meet the necessary qualifications to receive benefits associated with a rank each and every commission period. If an income center has met the qualifications for a rank in the past but does not meet the necessary qualifications in the commission period being processed, that income center will be demoted in rank. If an income center earned a higher rank “last commission period” but does not meet the qualifications for that rank “this commission period”, the income center will be demoted in rank and paid commensurate with the qualifications met in “this period”
Sponsor – Enrolling
Refers to the income center that brought an individual into the opportunity. Although an Enrolling Sponsor may be the same as the Placement Sponsor, the two do not have to match. The term “Personally Sponsored” is used to refer to those that an individual is an enrolling sponsor of.
Sponsor – Placement
Refers to the income center that is immediately above a position in the Upline. The Placement Sponsor is not necessarily the income center that brought an individual into the opportunity, although in a Unilevel system the placement and enrolling sponsor are often times one and the same (the same individual will be tied to a new enrollee by default and would only be different if changed by an administrator).
Unlimited Width Compensation Plan
An unlimited width compensation plan is one that does not restrict the number of income centers that can fall on any member’s first level of organizational Downline and is referred to as a ‘Unilevel’ plan. Examples of Fixed width plans include Binary and Matrix plans.
Upline
Refers to positions in the genealogy above a specific income center in the genealogy.
Pay Cycles:
This compensation plan calculates on the following schedules:

– Binary Commission Type
Based on the weak side model.
Uncommissioned volumes are carried over to the next period.
– Active Status
Members are considered Active when: They have a personal commissionable volume of 600 EUR in the previous 6 months.
– Include Only Qualified
Members are considered Qualified when: They have personally purchased a qualifying product and have a number of binary activated income centers greater than or equal to 2.
Left leg must have at least 1 binary activated income center.
Right leg must have at least 1 binary activated center.
– Grace period
each of the 4 packages will give a fixed length of active status that overrides the regular active status rule.
Basic Package – 6 months active
Popular Package – 9 months active
Premium Package – 12 months active
V.I.P Package – 18 months active
If a person joins and purchases a Popular pack they will be considered active for 9 months starting from the day of purchase. After 3 months that same member decides to buy the V.I.P Pack they will then receive 18 months of active status starting from the date of the new pack purchase. the 18 months is not added to the end of the first pack but will start and run 18 months from the date of purchase.

Qualifications
– Custom Qualification Rule
Starting with this rank, any member can be instantly assigned this rank and remain active for a period of 9 months if they opt to purchase the Popular package with a value of
1,200 EUR. This purchase would nullify the standard rank requirements defined in the other total volume and personal volume qualification rules.
Either / or rule applies
A member can either purchase the Popular pack and be awarded this rank for a period of 9 months. To qualify for binary commissions you will have to have 2 personal sponsored members, 1 left and 1 right, who are also active.
Or
To reach this rank a new member would need to purchase any of the other packs at the time of joining. They would have to generate a total of 1,200 EUR in volume with a minimum personal volume of 1,200 EUR since joining plus they would still need to have personally enrolled 2 other members who maintain active status.

To reach this rank a new member would need to purchase any of the other packs at the time of joining. – Sponsoring of Specific Ranks
Since joining the company, sponsor 2 Active members.
– Personal Volume
A minimum 5,000 EUR Lifetime personal volume, within your personal sponsorship level of downline.
Personal customer purchases count towards this requirement.
P.V. from personally sponsored income centers counts towards this requirement.
– Commissionable Volumes
A minimum 5,000,000 EUR Group volume, within all levels of downline. The maximum allowable volume per leg is 2,000,000 EUR.
Personal volume count towards group volume in the period 30 days prior to the commission processing date.
C.V. from personal customer purchases counts towards this requirement.
C.V. from personally sponsored income centers counts towards this requirement.
Bonus
– Direct client sales bonus
Direct client sales profits from all purchases made by personal customers. 10 % direct sale commission on any customer sales.
– Generation bonus
The compensation plan for this and all higher ranks will include a 3-level generation bonus on all packages purchased through the 3 levels of unilevel placement. The higher your rank the more levels you will qualify to earn as part of the generation bonus. There is a 5,000 EUR cap on generation bonus earnings that needs to be set. Once a member has earned 5,000 EUR in the generation bonus commission this bonus will stop being paid to the member.

– Rank Achievement Bonus
Rank Achievement Bonus of 75,000 EUR. Paid only the first time this rank is achieved
– Monthly lifestyle bonus
This rank receives a monthly lifestyle bonus of 6,000 EUR / mo
– Binary bonus
Binary bonus of 10 % of volume accumulated on the weak side of their downline.
– Matching Bonus
Matching Bonus paid over 6 levels of sponsorship.
Level 1 – 20 %.
Level 2 – 15 %.
Level 3 – 10 %.
Level 4 – 5 %.
Level 5 – 5 %.
Level 6 – 5 %.
– Pool Bonus
Quarterly bonus pool, Quarterly Profit Share Pool: Based on 3 % of C.V. for the period. The distributor must be qualified at this rank or higher, every period.
– Fast Start Bonus
Fast Start Bonus of 20 % of the personally sponsored distributor’s first purchase for the first 45 days after PAID enrollment. The FSB amount will reduce to 10 % on all new personal sponsored starting on the 46th day.
